Scholarships
Each year the AWA Foundation awards scholarships to deserving second- and third-year women law students in Houston, Texas. The awards are presented at the AWAF Premier Women in Law Luncheon in the Spring.
Fellowships
The AWA Foundation Pro Bono Fellowship Program is a full-time paid attorney position with one of the AWAF’s Fellowship partners, the Houston Volunteer Lawyers and Tahirih Justice Center. Each organization interviews and selects one fellow who indicate an interest in dedicating their first year of practice to pro bono service.
